Used for gates or doors that are subjected to severe loads, lead filled radiation doors, gates and vault doors.
 Construction:
Hardened and precision ground alloy steel pin turns on needle bearings with a thrust bearing to carry the heavy load for years of dependable service. Seals to keep grease in and contamination out for use in dusty or outdoor environment. Interchangeable with competitor's hinges. Standard hinges are fabricated from 1018 cold & hot rolled steel with mounting holes.
